What's the difference between Voice Audit and Guided Onboarding?
Voice Audit (€490) is strategic: we analyze your call flows and give you a roadmap. Guided Onboarding (€590) is implementation: we configure your assistant for you. For complex operations, do the Audit first, then proceed to a Custom Pilot.
Do I need the Audit to get started?
No. If you have straightforward needs (booking assistant, FAQ handler), start with Self-Serve or Guided Onboarding immediately. The Audit is for complex operations where you want to analyze opportunities first.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We route calls from your existing number. You can also get a new local number through Vocally if you prefer.
How long until I'm live?
Self-Serve: same day. Guided Onboarding: 3-5 days. Assisted Build: 1-2 weeks. Custom Pilot: 2-4 weeks including discovery.
What happens if I exceed my minutes?
You'll be charged the overage rate for your plan. We notify you when approaching your limit so there are no surprises.
